Aveno

How Aveno works

A covered call gives a buyer the right, but not the obligation, to purchase escrowed Stock Tokens at a fixed USDG price before expiry.

For sellers

Create an offer by approving and depositing the exact token quantity. Specify the total strike payment, premium and expiry. Before anyone buys, you can cancel and reclaim the tokens. Once bought, the premium arrives in your wallet and the tokens stay escrowed until exercise or expiry.

For buyers

Buying an offer pays its premium to the seller. Before expiry, you can exercise by paying the full strike amount in USDG; the contract transfers the escrowed tokens to you. If you do not exercise in time, the premium is not returned.

Settlement and limitations

If an option is not exercised, the seller must call reclaim after expiry to get the tokens back. The seller forgoes any increase above the strike if the buyer exercises. There is no guaranteed income: an offer only earns a premium if a buyer actually pays it. Token prices can move, and the buyer can lose the entire premium.

Stock Tokens are not shares of the underlying company. Corporate actions can change the shares-per-token multiplier without changing a wallet’s raw token balance; strike terms are fixed in raw token units. Check the issuer’s terms, token identity and current multiplier before trading. The contract does not use an oracle or automatically exercise in the money.

Aveno is unaudited. Stock Token availability and transfers may be subject to issuer and jurisdictional restrictions; review the issuer’s terms before interacting.

Network status

Aveno is deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet. The settlement asset is canonical USDG and the supported Stock Token is NVDA. The option contract is 0x30905754761BE0B34675C05343b2eeedBa5e4855. Mainnet deployment does not by itself prove a live trade has completed.
